Bucket fee of $10 will automatically be deducted upon subscription to the service.
Indicated minutes and texts are consumable within 7 days. No rollover of unused minutes and texts. To check your credit balance for the bucket simply text PINOY BAL and send to 500.
Should a customer exceeds one of the allocated credits for the plan, he/she can still consume the remaining credits within 7 days from subscription but regular rates will apply for usage exceeding the allocated minutes. Example, if a customer run out of int’l mins but have unused local mins and texts, all int’l calls to the Phils will be charged regular rates.
Should a customer opt to re-register to the bucket even if he/she still has unused credits and the 7 days has not lapsed, credits will be accumulated. However, credits will still expire on the 7th day based on date of subscription. Example, if a customer run out of int’l mins and still have unused local mins and texts, and he/she decides to re-register, all his remaining credits will be added to her credit balance but it will expire on the 7th day from original subscription date.
Once the subscription has lapsed, customer will need to re-register if he/she wants to avail of the prepaid plan.
